We have created Warsaw Dealer Group- we coordinated activities of every single VW car showroom in capital city. We designed an integrated strategy based on brand’s CX, thanks to that advertising became uniform and gained momentum. We gave up standard car exposition and increased pressure on event marketing, creating unique customer experience.
