We've done

We created Customer Service Center, which supposed to be highly flexible and adapt to any project requirements. Well-trained team provides professional service during non-standard office hours and reduces callers waiting time. We handle inbound and outbound calls, e-mails,texts and service messengers. We designed virtual telephone exchange for so-called golden number. The Center handling customers we have reached in our digital activities and during events. We also prepare conversations scripts based on insights and acquire and analyze leads. We facilitate the work of our clients, by coordinating actions in CRM and through repeating models.

Our Center turned out to be a perfect  tool for conducting communication in the automotive sector, e.g. in cooperation with Volkswagen and Seat dealers. We have successfully used them to support VW Business Care, Road Tour, Zimowy Narodowy, Retailshow, SPORTBIZ and service actions. We also conduct market and satisfaction surveys.
